Spotted a black leather loveseat in a local dumpster. Came back an hour later with the truck and two guys were hauling into the bed of their truck. It is hard to believe, but there is even competition here in MI in the winter |

A friend let me search the dumpster at his work and I found a bar of gold and a stack of old $100 bills. He is a guard at the Federal Reserve and says they throw stuff out like this all the time. Lemme say I am stoked. |

I got thrown out the back of a gentlemens club because I could not keep my hands to myself during a lap dance and since I was back there I looked in the dumpster. There were tons of costumes and I grabbed an armful before I took off. Turns out there's everything in here, dirty panties, bras, stockings, garters even a used condom. What a score! I'm gonna make this one a weekly trip.If anyone wants to join me, drop me an email. |

found a Xerox n2025 laserjet printer, did not work, took the small, and easy to find paper jam out and works fine, it retails for $2000. also got sevral monitors on different occasions. You may want to check your local recycling center after hours, mine has a computer recycling place, cdrw's everything, boy is new berlin great! |

When I worked for the Shack, I put a bajillion cool things in my dumpster, cell phones, stereo stuff, hell I even put in the front end of my Buick in there! (Although some dork admittedly smashed it in and I had to put a new one on...) So feel free to raid the Shack dumpsters... You never know what you'll find... :) |

At our local thrift store I have raided the dumpsters and found everything from brand new jeans (price tags still attached), antiques, greeting cards (brand new), stereo equipment, computers, dishes, bed linens, and a set of vintage 1940's curtains I sold on ebay for $65.00!!! |

Me and my friend Ben are kings of the dumpster the whole ass end of my truck is filled with precious tresures we found in the dumpster. We like to find girly things and give them to girls we like, oh and we dont wash them. This one time we were driving down the street and we saw this dumpster by this house. we got out, scoped it out and realized...it's full of cool shit! the person who lived there must have thrown out everything cool they ever owned. we found all kinds of sweet ass 80's clothes, the coolest trucker jackets ever, and i found ruler suspenders. we also found some belts that we gave to chicks. one of the coolest finds was this old cop helmet so i was forced to put it on with my aviator sunglasses and try to arrest people. Then my friend Ben wore it at homecoming during the assembly and ran around the Gym. he was also wearing fishnet pantyhose that we also found in a dumpster. if theres anyone out there that thinks they can out-dive me and Ben...BRING IT ON!! |

go to your local hostess store cheak the dupster, it should be filed whith boxes of twinkies and cup cakes and stuff most of witch are only one day or so past the experation date but who cares those things never go bad |

you know i grew up a dumpster diver dumps with the old man used to be a great time my was uptight about the whole thing pigs frown on it and i grew up being the towns example they would hassel and aresst those who broke the sacred barrier of social stigma goodwill shund me even though i did no diffrent than others i allways seamed to be the scape goat but the spirit i'nt dead there are other's still out there doing it and it make's me sad because i know the kings tresure out there waiting for those brave enough to risk it i am also a third generation hitch hiker and maybe the last we are the prosucuted they place cameras pointed at the dumpsters and potrol the alleys there is no refuse for the free soul in this town be free but watch the man seeking to oppress you even in plain sight keep that tourch high till it shines out the human waste witch is their waste we are kings and queens we who live from the waste of a dissposeable socity it's are city to we should be free to reclaim the welth from their waste be safe be happy be free from my home town salem,ohio leter to my family co:dumpsters accross the usa peace |

Found a vice(heavy!!!), pnumatic brad gun(just clogged with powder from a new hose),several (home)video games(cart & disk) & controllers, tapes, pies(Mmmm!), cakes, cookies, donuts, bread, candy, cartons of OJ, surger sewing machine, chandelier... Ho**yW**d Video threw out a huge bag of tape and DVD cases, Also got some dvd's brand new(one said "reason for disposal: wrong case." how `bout finding the case or making a new one?), I love D.D. It's good exercise! Every dumpster is a treasure chest just waiting to be opened, so you got that anticipation thing goin' there. Plus, I love setting folks right about the smell, legalities, grossness, and the "crazy old bum" factor. I wish there were more folks out there with the gumption ta' jump in! |
